Lyndon Phillips

Lyndon Phillips is an experienced communications and engagement professional currently serving as the Employee Communications & Engagement Officer for the City of Greater Geelong since August 2023. With a strong background in corporate communications, Lyndon previously worked at Colliers International from July 2015 to May 2023, managing internal communications strategy for 15 corporate sites and excelling in graphic design and digital communications. Earlier roles include freelance graphic design work and various operational management positions at First Contact and ANZ. Lyndon holds a Bachelor of Design in Communication Design from Swinburne University of Technology and a Bachelor in Business (Hospitality) from RMIT University, complemented by an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management from William Angliss Institute.
