Laarni Maddison has extensive experience in customer service and library management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Officer and previously as a Customer Service Facilitator at the City of Greater Geraldton since July 2012, Laarni has honed expertise in enhancing customer interactions. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Officer/Senior Customer Service Officer at the City of Geraldton Greenough from June 2007 to June 2012 and as a Library Officer at the Geraldton Regional Library from June 2004 to June 2007. Laarni began a career in library services as a Library Technician at the East Pilbara Health Service and Pilbara TAFE, held from January 2002 to December 2002.
