Tom Saunders

Tom Saunders is an experienced Project Manager currently overseeing infrastructure delivery within the City of Greater Geraldton's capital works program since January 2023. Previously, Tom managed various civil construction projects at the City of Wanneroo from December 2016 to January 2023, holding roles as Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Project Officer. Tom's career includes significant engineering roles, such as Contract Administrator/Supervisor at Customised Projects, and Field Engineer positions at Kiewit and Ertech, where Tom contributed to major projects like the Wheatstone LNG plant and Rio Tinto's Nammuldi iron ore mine. Tom's earlier experience includes project engineering support and site engineering, as well as a foundation in design technical work for local government projects. Tom holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng. Honours) in Civil Engineering from Curtin University.
