Aaron Stines Pe

Aaron Stines, PE, is an experienced civil engineer with a comprehensive background in stormwater management, site development, and utility design. Currently serving as a Stormwater Engineer for the City of Greeley since July 2023, Stines has previously held positions at Galloway & Company, Inc. as a Civil Design Engineer, and at Permontes Group, Inc. with a focus on land development design. Stines also contributed as a Design Engineer at Civil Resources, LLC for nearly nine years, working on various engineering projects including drainage reports, reservoir design, and utility systems. Early experience includes roles at Tetra Tech and Zak Dirt, where project estimation and drainage modeling were key responsibilities. Stines earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University.
