Brian Sullivan is an experienced professional in software application management and geographic information systems (GIS), currently serving as the Software Application Manager for the City of Greeley since January 2013 and previously as GIS Manager. With a strong background in project management, Brian oversaw multi-million dollar software implementations at Schneider Electric and supervised a GIS production team at PacifiCorp. Brian also founded Ignite Spatial NoCo, fostering a regional GIS community, and managed the GIS Program for the City of Greeley during a prior tenure from 1997 to 2010. Early career experience includes roles at Analytical Surveys, Inc. and Techni Graphic Systems. Brian holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design in City Planning and Architecture from the University of Colorado Boulder.
