Cheryl Davis is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in budget analysis and fiscal management. Currently serving as a Budget Analyst III for the City of Greeley since January 2023, Cheryl's previous roles include Budget Analyst/Senior Fiscal Analyst at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Senior Budget Analyst for Larimer County, Senior Cost/Budget Specialist at Poudre Valley Health System, Assistant Controller at Vipont Pharmaceuticals, and Manager of Plant Accounting & Administration at ACF Industries, Inc. Cheryl holds a Master's in Healthcare Administration from the University of Dallas, an MBA with an Accounting Emphasis from Fontbonne University, and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting/Management from Southeast Missouri State University.
