Juliana Kitten

Juliana Kitten currently serves as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Greeley since September 2022 and has been the Director of Community Development for the City of Amarillo since June 2018. Previous experience includes roles such as Health Systems Specialist at Amarillo VA HCS and Housing First Program Coordinator at Amarillo Veterans Health Care System. Juliana began their career as a Therapist at Central Montgomery Community Mental Health Center and has held various positions in the mental health sector. Juliana holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and Social Service Professions and an MSW in Social Work from the University of Chicago, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration and Management at West Texas A&M University.
