Tom Christian

Tom Christian has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tom is currently serving as the Head of the Fleet Services Division & Fleet Manager at the City of Greeley since July 2023. Tom has also been involved with the NAFA Fleet Management Association, where they held positions such as Chair of the Southcentral Regional Council and Rocky Mountain Chapter Chair and Treasurer. Prior to this, they worked at the University of Colorado Boulder as an Assistant Director and Senior Operations and Compliance Program Manager. Tom has also held transportation management roles at Metal Sales Manufacturing Corporation and Stericycle. Tom's previous experience includes positions such as Training Manager at JBS, Safety Director at Navajo Express, Inc., and Corporate Transportation Safety Manager at Safway Services, LLC. Tom began their career as the Manager of Safety and Training at Merchants - A Budd Van Lines Division. Overall, Tom has a strong background in fleet and transportation management, safety, and training.

Tom Christian has a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado Boulder. Tom also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

In addition to their degrees, Tom has obtained certifications in the field of leadership and success training. Tom completed the National Society of Leadership and Success Training Program offered by The National Society of Leadership and Success in July 2020. Furthermore, in May 2021, they obtained a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado Boulder.
