David Graf

David Graf is an experienced Criminal Investigator with the City of Green Bay since August 1996, responsible for investigating a variety of crimes and managing court proceedings. Previously, David served as a Patrol Officer, ensuring the safety of Green Bay's citizens, and worked as a Police Officer for the City of West Bend. In addition to law enforcement, David has also contributed to education as an Adjunct Instructor at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, teaching courses on Patrol Procedures, Community Policing, and Courts and Jurisdiction. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, earned between 1988 and 1992.
