John Manser

John Manser is an experienced professional currently serving as a Bus Operator for the City of Green Bay since April 2021. Prior to this role, John held multiple positions at The Salvation Army Kroc Center in Green Bay from December 2008 to April 2021, including Director of Membership Services and Director of Operations, where John managed marketing, membership, programs, and facilities teams. John also worked at The Salvation Army of Brown County from September 2002 to December 2008 as Director of Operations, overseeing logistical support for community initiatives. John earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Regional Analysis and Geography from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay between 1987 and 1993.
