John Goughneour possesses extensive experience in facilities management and project oversight. Current role as Facilities and Projects Manager for the City of Greer, South Carolina, follows a tenure as Chief of Facilities at Diamond Resorts™. Previous positions include Project Manager and Field Services Superintendent at Tindall Corporation, Army Engineer with the United States Army Reserve, and Facilities Operations Specialist as a DoD Contractor.
