Cindi Fitzpatrick

Cindi Fitzpatrick, P.E., MPA, serves as the Director of Public Service for the City of Grove City since February 2014, where responsibilities include managing private development and capital improvement projects. Previous roles include Engineer I and EIT II within the City of Columbus Division of Water, focusing on public utilities and water distribution engineering. Earlier in the career, Cindi worked as an EIT I in the same division and as a Project Engineer and Construction Management Co-op at Messer Construction Co. Cindi holds a Master of Public Administration from Franklin University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
