Colleen Clack-Bush has extensive experience in public service and cultural management, currently serving as the Deputy Chief Administrative Officer of Public Services at the City of Guelph since February 2007. Previous roles at the City include General Manager of Culture & Tourism and River Run Centre Manager. Prior to this, Colleen worked at the Living Arts Centre in Mississauga from January 1997 to February 2007, where roles included Performing Arts Manager and Performing Arts Coordinator. Colleen holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Administration from Western University (2020-2021) and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Studies - Cultural Management from the University of Waterloo (1992-1997).
