Donna Downey is an experienced quality assurance and testing professional with a robust background in risk management and data analysis. Currently serving as ERP Quality Assurance Test Lead for the City of Guelph, Donna previously held various positions at Agricorp, including Technical Test Specialist and Senior Systems Test Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed testing and implementing technological solutions, data integrity assurance, and mentoring QA teams. Donna's early career included roles at TD as an Outbound Sales Representative and at ISOFarm Inc. as a Product Development Associate.
