Trevor Lee serves as the Deputy Chief Administrative Officer (DCAO) of Corporate Services for the City of Guelph since June 2017, overseeing the City Clerk's Office, Legal, Realty and Court Services, Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology. Prior to this role, Trevor held various leadership positions at the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority from December 2012 to November 2021, including Interim Chair and Vice-Chair, focusing on safeguarding seniors in Ontario's retirement homes. Additionally, Trevor was the Chief Executive Officer at The Elliott Community for 22 years, managing operations for a facility serving approximately 350 residents. Trevor began a professional career as an Audit/Accounting Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP after earning an Honours Chartered Accountancy degree with a Minor in Economics, Accounting and Finance from the University of Waterloo.
