Joanna Wu

Joanna Wu serves as a Planner I for the City of Hagerstown, beginning in January 2023, where responsibilities include administering the annexation policy and coordinating the adoption process with various stakeholders. Prior to this role, Joanna held a Fellow position at Conservation Corps Minnesota & Iowa from August 2020 to December 2022, and completed an internship with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources in summer 2022, focusing on regional planning and environmental justice projects, among other tasks. Joanna's experience also includes an internship with the Alaska Wilderness League in early 2021. Joanna earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, Policy and Management from the University of Minnesota in December 2022.
