Tim McCarty

Tim McCarty has over two decades of experience in information technology, currently serving as an I.T. Systems Administrator and acting GIS Coordinator for the City of Hagerstown since July 2001. Prior to this role, Tim worked as an IT Technician at York Refrigeration from September 2000 to March 2001, and as a Network Technician at Byrkit Technical Resources earlier in 2000. Tim holds an Associate of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Hagerstown Community College and has pursued further education at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
