Jacqueline Lence

Jacqueline Lence, CHRP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Talent Specialist for the City of Hamilton since October 2020. Previously, Jacqueline worked for the BC Public Service as a Project Lead and Recruiter from January 2018 to August 2020. Prior roles include HR Administrator positions at Willson International Limited and TransUnion, where responsibilities included full life cycle recruitment, payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel records. Jacqueline began their career with a co-op position at the Ontario Public Service, focusing on recruitment coordination. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Sheridan College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
