Tamara F. has extensive experience in workplace health, disability management, and rehabilitation services. Currently serving as a Return to Work Specialist in the Human Resources department of the City of Hamilton since May 2022, Tamara supports municipal employees and engages with representatives from CUPE and HOWEA. Prior to this role, Tamara was the Director and Case Manager at Forbes Health Management Inc. from February 2011 to July 2022, where expertise in managing disability cases and providing holistic recovery plans was demonstrated.
