Barry Dobbins has over 25 years of experience in operations and management within municipal and construction environments. Currently serving as Operations Manager for the City of Hampton since November 1999, Barry has held various leadership roles including Solid Waste Superintendent, Superintendent of Wastewater, Collection System Manager, and Wastewater Construction Manager. Prior to this, Barry worked as a Construction Foreman at D&S Contractors from November 1994 to November 1999 and served in the US Navy from December 1987 to September 1994. Barry Dobbins holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from St Leo University.
