Bill Rosenblum

Bill Rosenblum serves as the Golf Operations Manager for the City of Hartford since February 2021, focusing on enhancing public access to city golf courses through community engagement while managing financial aspects. Prior to this role, Bill worked as an Account Executive at Entercom/WEEI Springfield, providing marketing solutions to clients. A significant portion of Bill's career involved various leadership positions within golf facilities, such as General Manager at Quaboag Country Club and Head Golf Professional at multiple clubs. Bill's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising from Skidmore College, complemented by early formative learning at Lawrence Academy.
