Danielle Combs

Danielle Combs, Esq. is an experienced attorney currently serving as Associate Counsel for the City of Hartford, Connecticut, since March 2023, where representation of the city's elected officials in legal matters is a primary focus. Prior to this role, Danielle worked as a Staff Attorney at IRIS: Integrated Refugee & Immigrant Services, advocating for individuals and families in immigration deportation proceedings and applications. Danielle's background includes significant research on immigration law and transgender rights as a Research Assistant at Quinnipiac University School of Law, as well as practical experience in immigration court support through internships at New Haven Legal Assistance Association, Inc. and the United States Attorneys' Offices. Leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of the Roger Williams University Student Senate and participation in the College Leadership Rhode Island program. Danielle holds a Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and Political Science from Roger Williams University.
