Jacquelyn Santiago Nazario possesses extensive experience in leadership and community service, currently serving as the Commissioner for Human Relations for the City of Hartford since April 2019, where the focus is on promoting racial and social economic justice. As the Chief Executive Officer of COMPASS Youth Collaborative since June 2004, Jacquelyn drives strategic planning and agency vision while enhancing organizational processes in previous roles as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations. Jacquelyn also played a pivotal role in establishing Community Schools programs in local educational institutions. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director at Southend Knightriders Youth Center and Youth Organizer at Hartford Areas Rally Together. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Trinity College-Hartford.
