Patrick Fuss is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in water and wastewater utilities management. Currently serving as the Utility Engineering Manager for the City of Healdsburg since November 2015, Patrick oversees the City's water and wastewater programs. Prior to this role, Patrick worked as an Engineering Manager at West Yost Associates, leading projects focused on wastewater and water conveyance systems and held leadership positions within the Infrastructure Discipline Group. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Engineer at Carollo Engineers and Blasland Bouck & Lee, where Patrick specialized in planning and designing water and wastewater infrastructure. Additionally, Patrick was the Past President of the CWEA Sacramento Area Section and co-chaired the Mechanical Technologist Committee. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
