Carol Banks

Carol Banks currently serves as the Workers’ Compensation Program Coordinator for the City of Henderson, overseeing the city's self-insured Workers' Compensation program and engaging in advocacy for Safety, Wellness, and legislative matters. With a comprehensive background in workers' compensation, Carol previously held positions as a Workers' Compensation Analyst, Senior Claims Specialist at CorVel Corporation, and Claim Supervisor at AmTrust North America, among others. Notable achievements include leading high-performing teams and administering benefits for diverse employee populations. Carol holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management from the University of Detroit Mercy and is currently completing a Certificate of Completion in Organizational Leadership from the Premier Leadership Academy.
