Heidi Dexheimer

Heidi Dexheimer is currently serving as the Deputy Director of Utility Services for the City of Henderson since March 2025. Prior to this role, Heidi worked as a Principal at GCW, Inc. from October 2020 to April 2025 and held the position of Infrastructure Planning Manager for Utilities at the City of Henderson from September 2018 to October 2020. Experience also includes a role in Water Infrastructure at Atkins from September 2013 to September 2018 and serving as Sr. Vice President at G.C. Wallace, Inc. from June 2012 to August 2013. Additionally, work as Water Resources Manager at Slater Hanifan Group, Senior Civil Engineer at Southern Nevada Water Authority, and Civil Engineer at Las Vegas Valley Water District contributed to a robust background in civil engineering. Heidi Dexheimer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California between 1991 and 1995.
