Andy Powell

Andy Powell is currently the Utah Market Leader at David Evans and Associates, Inc. Andy also serves as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Herriman. With a BS in Civil Engineering from Utah State University, Andy has gained extensive experience in the transportation and engineering industry, holding various leadership positions at companies such as AECOM, URS Corporation, and Entranco.
