Michelle Colin

Michelle Colin is an experienced Information Systems Specialist currently serving the City of Hesperia since November 2025. Prior to this role, Michelle held various positions at the Orange County Transportation Authority from June 2019 to November 2025, progressing from a Desktop Support Technician Intern to a Senior Desktop Support Technician. Additionally, from September 2018 to August 2022, Michelle operated Michelle’s Notary Services as a Notary Public. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology from California State University, Fullerton (2021-2022) and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Fullerton College (2018-2020).
