Sheena Mulner

Sheena Mulner currently serves as Finance Director/Treasurer for the City of Hibbing, a position held since July 2014, and has previously worked in various roles including City Clerk/Treasurer and Internal Auditor/Deputy Clerk. Prior to their tenure at the City of Hibbing, Sheena held the position of Accountant and Accounts Payable Clerk at Essar Steel Minnesota LLC from June 2012 to July 2014, and gained early experience as a waitress at Grandma's In The Park from August 2005 to May 2013. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bemidji State University and two degrees from Hibbing Community College: an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies and an Associate of Science in Nursing. Additionally, tutoring experience encompasses subjects such as Accounting, Anatomy and Physiology, Nursing, and Computer-related courses at Hibbing Community College.
