Danny Seaver

Danny Seaver has extensive experience in both education and public service. Since August 1998, Seaver has served as Ward 3 Alderman and Mayor Pro Tempore on the Hickory City Council, focusing on enhancing the quality of life in Hickory, NC. Prior to this role, significant contributions were made as a mathematics educator, including tenures at Hickory Public Schools, Caldwell Community College, and West Caldwell High School, where advanced mathematical concepts were taught and curriculum was developed for academically gifted students. Seaver holds multiple degrees, including a Specialist in Statistics from The University of Georgia and a Master of Arts in Academically Gifted Education from Lenoir-Rhyne University, alongside two Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Education from Appalachian State University.
