Marcus Ford

Marcus Ford currently serves as the Community Engagement Manager for the City of Hillsboro, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, Marcus was a Co-Founder of the Corrections Community Podcast from July 2020 to June 2023 and worked for Washington County from June 2010 to December 2022, where responsibilities included serving as the Equity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement Program Coordinator, Probation Parole Officer, and Correctional Officer. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Willamette University, earned in May 2009, as well as an Associate of Arts in University Studies from Monterey Peninsula College, completed in May 2007.
