Natnael Jowhar Capp

Natnael Jowhar, CAPP, currently serves as the Parking Operations Manager at the City of Hollywood, Florida, since June 2017, after previously holding the position of Parking Operations Superintendent. Responsibilities include managing and supervising technical and office staff, providing leadership for parking operations, and handling the preparation of bid documents, contracts, and parking studies. From October 2009 to June 2017, Natnael worked at Republic Parking System, where roles included General Manager overseeing a $2 million parking operation in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, General Manager for Off-Street operations encompassing over 7,000 parking spaces, and Assistant Manager for operations in Lexington, Kentucky. Natnael began the career as a Supervisor at Republic Parking System, focusing on revenue collection, enforcement, and staff training. Natnael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Fisk University, earned from 2008 to 2012.
