Robert Strauss

Robert Strauss has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as a Semi Retired professional at ACE CAD Services since August 2016. For over three decades, Strauss has worked at the City of Hollywood, Florida, as an Engineering Technician III, focusing on public utility engineering and construction projects. Previous roles include Vice-President at AFSCME Local 2432 and Trustee - Board Vice-Chairman for the Hollywood Employees Pension Fund. Strauss also has significant experience in marine engineering as a CAD Designer and CNC Programmer at Latham Marine Inc, along with earlier positions in construction administration and production safety. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management from DeVry University, a diploma in Architectural & Structural Design from Johnstown Vocational Technical High School, and ongoing legal studies at Harvard Law School.
