Mindy S. Wyatt

Mindy S. Wyatt, PMP, PMI-PBA, serves as a Strategic Analyst for the City of Hoover since May 2000, focusing on building a livable community and an accountable government through collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Key areas of expertise include business analytics, performance metrics, strategic planning, and project management. Mindy has contributed significantly to various initiatives, such as co-leading a team for EDA grant funding, managing COVID-19 response efforts, and establishing a Project Management Office. Previous roles include IT project management, executive administrative support, and sales management. Mindy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Analytics at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
