Charles Shoals

Charles Shoals is an experienced IT Service Management Consultant currently employed by the City of Hope since December 2018. Prior to this role, Charles served as the Epic Security Coordinator at Cedars-Sinai from May 2012 to June 2018, where responsibilities included managing security architecture and provisioning records. Additionally, Charles held the position of Epic Security Lead at Memorial Health Care System for a brief period in 2012, coordinating security activities across various teams and overseeing technical builds and maintenance. Charles began a career at Kaiser Permanente as a Senior Inpatient Application Specialist, providing support and configuration for inpatient security builds from June 2005 to January 2012. Charles holds a degree from DeVry Institute of Technology.
