Cynthia Chenault

Cynthia Chenault, MSME, CAL, currently serves as the Director of the IT PMO at City of Hope since February 2022, following a successful tenure as Director of the IT PMO at Cancer Treatment Centers of America from August 2013 to February 2022. Before this, Cynthia led initiatives at SYNOVAS, LLC as Principal, and held various leadership roles over nearly a decade at the American Cancer Society, including Vice President of Business Technology Solutions. Cynthia's career began at OFS, formerly Lucent Technologies/AT&T, where as Senior Product/Project Manager, significant revenue growth was achieved. Cynthia holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, and is a Kellogg Executive Scholar in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
