Mark Rothman

Mark Rothman currently serves as the Director of HR Analytics & Cloud Platforms at City of Hope since December 2016. Previously, Mark held positions at AT&T as Sr. Manager of Workforce Analytics and at DIRECTV as Manager of Workforce Analytics, where responsibilities included leading teams to provide insights for large employee populations. Mark also contributed significantly to HR analytics at the State of Colorado and City and County of Denver, focusing on data-driven decision-making and HR metrics. Earlier roles include Director of Personnel Commission at Pasadena Unified School District and positions at Human Systems Technology. Mark holds an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a BA in Psychology from American Jewish University.
