Michelle Abadjian, PHR, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Research Recruitment at City of Hope since June 2019. Previously, Michelle held the role of Sr. Scientific Recruiter at the same organization. Michelle’s career includes positions as a Technical Recruiter at Sincerus Solutions Inc. from July 2015 to May 2019, and earlier as a Technical Recruiter at CDI Global Staffing Services from July 2014 to July 2015. Prior to that, Michelle spent over seven years at Kelly Services, progressing from a Scientific Recruiter to a Professional Technical Recruiter. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, completed in 2007.
