Nancee Lee-Allen

Nancee Lee-Allen, CHC, currently serves in the role of Regulatory and Survey Readiness at City of Hope since April 2024. Prior to this position, Nancee held various leadership roles, including Director of Quality and Risk Management at Memorial Hospital of Gardena and Director of Quality and Compliance at Behavioral Health Works, Inc. Notably, Nancee was Compliance Director and HIPAA Privacy Officer at Front Porch, overseeing compliance across multiple skilled nursing facilities and clinics. Nancee's previous experience includes significant roles in quality, compliance, and management at the Brandman Center for Senior Care, South Central Lamp, NAMI Orange County, and St. Anne's. Nancee holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Antioch University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/English from Brooklyn College.
