Janice Eckles

Janice Eckles has over 17 years of professional experience in various roles. Janice is currently working as a Principal Administrative Analyst at the City of Huntington Beach since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Housing Programs Analyst at the City of Santa Ana from December 2018 to April 2021. Janice has also worked as a Mortgage Advisor at Finance of America Mortgage LLC, a Home Loan Consultant at Skyline Home Loans and Eagle Home Mortgage, a Home Loan Consultant at Imortgage, and a Mortgage Planner at MetLife Home Loans. Janice began their career as a Mortgage Consultant at First Horizon Home Loans and later served as an Analyst/Assistant to the President at Barington Capital Corporation. Additionally, Janice worked as a Grants Writer at an Independent Grant Consultant.

Janice Eckles earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science from Santa Clara University, which they attended from 1988 to 1992. In 2019, they obtained a certification as a Certified Rental Housing Development Finance Professional from the National Development Council.
