Chad Tillman

Chad Tillman serves as the Director of UAS Operations for the City of Huntsville, AL since July 2021. Concurrently, Chad holds the position of Program Manager for sUAS at UAS ISAO, focusing on civilian oversight, program management, and training in law enforcement and fire/rescue operations. Chad is also the President of a newly established 501c6 organization aimed at enhancing training and certification for UAS operators in the realm of public safety. Additional roles include serving as an International Security Representative and Crisis Management Specialist for Leidos since June 2014, providing risk assessments and emergency management services, and as the Director of Emergency Services and Training for DIB ISAC. Prior experiences include extensive work at SAIC as an Emergency Management Specialist and Senior CAD Analyst, as well as positions at Nichimen Graphics and Viewpoint DataLabs specializing in military modeling and animation.
