Amy Oden is a seasoned professional in recreation management and event planning with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Recreation Manager for the City of Hurst since August 2014, Amy oversees all recreation programs and events while promoting fitness and family activities at the Recreation Center. In addition, Amy has been an Event Planner for Oden Grey Events since June 2019, assisting clients with vendor selection and event planning. Previous roles include Head Age Group Coach for the Fort Worth Area Swim Team and owner and coach at Southwest Aquatics of Texas, along with serving as Recreation Superintendent for the City of Duncanville and Natatorium Supervisor for Duncanville ISD. Amy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Texas at Arlington and has completed additional coursework at Collin County Community College and Tarleton State University.
