Louis Atwell

Louis Atwell, PE, has extensive experience in public works and municipal operations, currently serving as the Assistant City Manager for Operations and EOC Director for the City of Inglewood since October 2012. Prior to this role, Louis held several positions, including Deputy Director of Public Works, Utilities and PW Operations at Downey City Hall from November 2007 to September 2012, and Vice President/Principal at Arroyo Engineering Solutions from September 2005 to October 2007. Louis also worked as Associate Vice President and Division Manager at PBSJ (now The Atkins SNC-Lavalin Group) from July 1997 to September 2005 and as a Civil Engineer PE at Las Vegas Valley Water District from October 1995 to July 1997. Louis began the career as an Assistant Civil Engineer at LADWP from January 1991 to October 1995 after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
