Parrish Gibson

Parrish Gibson, MPA, is an experienced Budget Analyst currently serving the City of Inglewood since April 2021. Prior to this role, Parrish held similar positions at the Colorado Community College System from October 2017 to March 2021 and at the City of Artesia, CA, from January 2017 to September 2017 as a Management Analyst. Earlier in the career, Parrish worked at the City of Aurora from June 2015 to January 2017 as a Special Projects Coordinator and as an ICMA Fellow/Management Analyst. Additionally, Parrish gained early experience as a City Management Intern at the City of Mountain Brook, Alabama, in 2014 and as an Office Clerk at USDA from January 2010 to April 2013. Parrish holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and pursued education at The University of Southern Mississippi.
