Chelsea Swiggum

Chelsea Swiggum is an experienced recreation professional with a diverse background in program coordination and management. Currently serving as Recreation Coordinator for the City of Inver Grove Heights since January 2020, Chelsea previously held roles such as Program Supervisor at Becker Community Center and Recreation Supervisor (Temp) for the City of Plymouth. With earlier experience including Facility Program Coordinator & Concessions Supervisor at Edina's Braemar Arena and Field, Site Director for the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities, and Recreation Specialist with the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board, Chelsea has demonstrated strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to customer service. Chelsea earned a Bachelor's degree in Recreation and Sports Management from St. Cloud State University in 2015.
