Ryan Michael

Ryan Michael, MBA, PMP has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and project management. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Information Technology at the City of Iola, KS. Prior to this, they worked as the Business Owner at Brainphase, LLC from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they held various positions at Ingersoll Rand, including Senior IT Business Analyst/IT Project Manager and CRM/Marketing Business Analyst. Ryan also worked as an Applications Development & Support Specialist at SOLINET (LYRASIS) and as a Systems Engineer at Manheim. Ryan began their career as a Support Specialist at IBM and Gateway.

Ryan Michael, MBA, PMP has a Master of Business Administration degree from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business. Ryan also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Kennesaw State University. In addition to their degrees, Ryan has obtained several certifications including Business Analysis Foundations from LinkedIn, MCDBA from Microsoft, Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce, and Siebel Certified Consultant from Oracle.
