Rich Pennza has extensive work experience in the field of IT. Rich is currently serving as the Director of IT Operations & Service at Stratus since December 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Information Technology at MC Group from July 2017. During their time at MC Group, they also worked as an Information Systems Manager, where they were responsible for managing staff, designing and monitoring information systems. Before joining MC Group, they worked as an IT Technician at Lake Health, where they provided technical support and troubleshooting for client PCs. Rich also had experience working as an IT Consultant at The Digitant Group.
Rich Pennza attended Kent State University from 1997 to 2001, where they studied Computer Information Systems. Rich received their education in this field without obtaining a specific degree. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in March 2010.
