Community Services Leader III - EPT at City of Irvine

Angelo Nicdao has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Angelo currently serves as a Community Services Leader III at the City of Irvine since July 2021. Prior to this, Angelo worked at the Orange County Registrar of Voters from 2018 to 2021, holding roles such as Community Engagement Coordinator and Community Outreach and Training - Outreach Recruiter. In 2017, they worked as a Travel Consultant at Intertrips. Angelo also gained experience at the Orange County Registrar Of Voters Office as a Public Phone Bank Operations - Office Assistant from September 2016 to December 2016. Before that, they worked as a Medical Receptionist at Kaiser Permanente from September 2006 to April 2013.

Angelo Nicdao's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Mt. San Antonio College and studied Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities. They completed their studies there in 2004. In 2007, Angelo attended Pacific College and obtained an Associate's Degree in Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Training, which they completed in 2008.

Moving forward, in 2014, Angelo enrolled at Golden West College to study Communication, General. They completed their studies in 2016. Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, Angelo attended Santiago Canyon College and pursued studies in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design.

Aside from formal education, Angelo has also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn. In November 2021, they received a certification in Empathy for Customer Service Professionals. Additionally, in December 2021, Angelo obtained certifications in Creating Positive Conversations with Challenging Customers, Customer Service: Call Control Strategies, Customer Service: Problem Solving and Troubleshooting, Dealing with Difficult People in Your Office, and Writing Customer Service Emails. The institutions providing these certifications were all through LinkedIn.
