Jesse Cardoza

Jesse Cardoza, PE, CASp, serves as the Building and Safety Manager and Chief Building Official for the City of Irvine since April 2015, after previously holding the position of Senior Plan Check Engineer. Prior to this role, Jesse Cardoza worked as a Structural Engineering Associate for the City of Los Angeles from December 2011 to April 2015, focusing on the examination of building plans for compliance with local zoning and building code requirements. Jesse Cardoza earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, graduating between 2009 and 2011.
