Kalvin Alvarez is a communications professional with a diverse background in public service and education. Currently serving as Communications Manager for the City of Irvine since October 2023, Kalvin previously held the position of Education Coordinator at Orange County United Way from September 2022 to September 2023. Prior to that role, Kalvin worked as Constituent Services Manager for the County of Orange: Board of Supervisors, District 2 from March 2021 to September 2022, and as Communications Director for Katrina Foley for Supervisor from November 2020 to March 2021.
